We offer coaching in leadership, management, interaction skills and communication. Whether it’s new supervisor training, leadership development, or tactics for leading high performance teams, we can help.
How does it work?
Assignments begin with assessing which areas need development. Then a proposed topic list and timeline are agreed on, along with goals and measurable outcomes.
We meet with the person or team twice monthly, addressing a different issue each time and focusing on concrete strategies. Each session ends with a homework application assignment to be discussed at the next session. Interim reports are made to the relevant manager and input invited along the way.
